Sam understands the rules of evidence, the legal principles
underlying a dispute and the realities of juror attitudes.
He is one of what seems to be a vanishing breed of general
practice lawyers and has gained unusual breadth of legal
experience in the past 33 years. Sam has been admitted to
practice before the US Supreme Court, the US Court of Appeals
for the Third Circuit and the US District Court for the
Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Sam handles cases in every area of the law before the County
